The SEE Enclave consists of community partners who support SEE participants through one-on-one meetings, discounted services, and workshops.
These partners, many of whom have experience as entrepreneurs, are dedicated to helping barrier-facing entrepreneurs on their journey. We build this community to ensure our entrepreneurs have access to high-quality, supportive service providers, rather than those who might exploit them for profit.

Being an Enclave member means becoming an ally to SEE's participants and connecting with a community of values-aligned entrepreneurs. In essence, the Enclave exists to provide barrier-facing entrepreneurs with the resources, support, and mentorship they need to succeed, creating a vibrant and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Manitoba.
We want to build our Enclave network to be as broad and wide as possible. If you are or know a service provider or entrepreneur(s) who provide services that might be useful to our community of entrepreneurs, and would be open to being involved with SEE please don’t hesitate to reach out to SEE Program Director Adam Kelly ([email protected]) for next steps.
Our flagship program for entrepreneurs who are ready to make meaningful progress on their venture - with expert support, accountability, and community behind them.
The Incubator is best for entrepreneurs who are ready to tackle a challenge with expert support - whether that's something you've been trying to figure out on your own, or a growth opportunity you know you need trusted guidance to navigate.

Over 3 months, you'll get structured 1-on-1 venture coaching, funding subsidies for professional services (up to $10,000), co-working space, support from our Enclave network, weekly community Circle meetings (peer support sessions), and cultural and emotional support from our Auntie in Residence.
