The SEE Community Commons is a free, 3-month cohort-based program that gives diverse, barrier-facing entrepreneurs across Manitoba access to SEE’s community, learning, and support - at your own pace.

Our approach is to put entrepreneurs first. To see some of the ventures that we’ve supported over the last several years, checkout our website – we love featuring our participants front and centre.

Our next Community Commons cohort will run from May 2026 through July 2026, alongside the SEE Incubator program.

What is the SEE Community Commons?

The SEE Community Commons is your entry point into the SEE ecosystem. It’s designed for entrepreneurs who want community, support, and learning - without the intensity of a focused coaching sprint.

This is often a great fit if:

• You’re earlier-stage and want to learn and get oriented
• You’ve been running a business for years, but haven’t found an inclusive business community that actually feels like a real fit
• You’re feeling isolated, burnt out, or stretched thin by life capacity, and want support and connection even if you can’t focus on your business full-time right now
• You want to get familiar with SEE’s approach and community before deciding whether the Incubator is the right next step

Entrepreneurship is a whole person activity — the personal and professional are always entangled when you’re starting a venture. This is why we take a whole-person approach to supporting entrepreneurs, and put community first.

Our ethos is to prioritize the well-being of entrepreneurs. Our approach is to provide maximum value for your time and to never waste it. We seek to always put your well-being first, and to act as compassionate truth-sayers on your entrepreneurial journey.

The Community Commons can be a pathway into the Incubator if and when you’re ready — or a long-term home base if what you need most is steady community, space, learning, and support.
