Operating from our 136 Market Avenue coworking hub in Downtown Winnipeg, SEE offers a range of programs including our flagship Incubator Program, specialized Pride Venture Coaching for 2SLGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, Community learning workshops and networking events.
We combine practical business support with community support. Through mentorship, community connection, funding subsidies, and more, we help changemakers get to their next level.
Through our Indigenous and 2SLGBTQ+ led team, we bring firsthand understanding to the challenges diverse entrepreneurs face, creating a supportive environment where innovators can thrive and entrepreneurs can grow both their ventures and themselves.

The SEE Enclave consists of community partners who support SEE participants through one-on-one meetings, discounted services, and workshops.
These partners, many of whom have experience as entrepreneurs, are dedicated to helping barrier-facing entrepreneurs on their journey. We build this community to ensure our entrepreneurs have access to high-quality, supportive service providers, rather than those who might exploit them for profit.
Being an Enclave member means becoming an ally to SEE's participants and connecting with a community of values-aligned entrepreneurs. In essence, the Enclave exists to provide barrier-facing entrepreneurs with the resources, support, and mentorship they need to succeed, creating a vibrant and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Manitoba.
We want to build our Enclave network to be as broad and wide as possible. If you are or know a service provider or entrepreneur(s) who provide services that might be useful to our community of entrepreneurs, and would be open to being involved with SEE please don’t hesitate to reach out to SEE Program Director Adam Kelly ([email protected]) for next steps.
For entrepreneurs seeking tailored wraparound support, our incubator program offers subsidized services, regular one-on-one sessions with a venture coach, co-working space, support from Enclave members, and community meetings with fellow participants. Additionally, our Auntie in Residence provides cultural and emotional support.
We run Incubator cohorts every 6 months. Our next cohort will be launched in May of 2025. If you’d like to be notified when we open applications for the next cohort, email Adam ([email protected]).
